The key is to use natural language, without awkwardly introducing keywords into your copy. When you tell someone a story about your day, for example, you wouldn't ordinarily litter your speech with multiple references to your location or details that don't matter. It wouldn't sound natural. 
 
Same with well-written copy. Make it sound natural and drop the hype. Your readers will be glad to hear what you have to say.
